Last August, I took off in a helicopter to shoot the “heli-golfing” cover for the upcoming issue of Yukon, North of Ordinary (for which I also do the designwork). What a great experience to hop over the peaks around Whitehorse, Yukon, for such an extravagant sport. Fun, for sure.

A beautiful afternoon at the Atlin Beach

Approching spring provides some dramatic sunsets these days. The weather changes almost hourly – great opportunities for some nice photographs.

Beginning of April proofed to be a feast for Northern Lights lovers. The nightskies lit up with the wondreous glow … absolutely stunning.

It’s official: Weisse Schäferhunde, by authors Gaby & Peter von Döllen, hits the stands in March 2010. I took the coverphoto, as well as the majority of pictures inside this photo-based book about White Shepherds. Weisse Schäferhunde is published by Cadmos (Germany) and will be available in german bookstores, at Amazon and other well known online-sellers.
